Allison Anderson
Associate General Counsel, Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc.
Ms. Anderson currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Charleston Area Medical Center, Inc. (CAMC). She is a graduate of Marshall University and earnedher law degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2006. Thereafter, she started her career in private practice with the law firm ofFarrell, White & Legg PLLC in Huntington, West Virginia, where she specialized in medical malpractice and product liability defense. From 2013-2014, Ms.Anderson served as the Administrative Law Judge for the West Virginia Human Rights Commission. Prior to joining CAMC in 2016, Ms. Anderson also worked inthe public sector as general counsel for the West Virginia Regional Jail Authority and as an assistant attorney general representing the West Virginia Bureau forBehavioral Health and Health Facilities. At CAMC, Ms. Anderson's areas of practice include labor and employment law, medical staff matters and generalbusiness litigation.
