Ana-Cristina (Cris) Navarro, JD, CHC, is the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at HealthRIGHT 360, where she leads enterprise compliance and risk strategy across a diverse statewide network of medical, behavioral health, dental, and social service programs. With more than 30 years of experience as a regulatory attorney and compliance executive, Cris has built and strengthened compliance programs for hospitals, community health centers, and multi-service organizations, emphasizing practical risk management, data-driven insight, and the thoughtful integration of technology. Cris? leadership reflects the principles of: listening with intention, embracing challenges as catalysts for growth, and recognizing the deep impact compliance has on those we serve. A committed mentor and educator, she has taught at Northwestern University as well as California State University, and is a frequent HCCA speaker, known for making complex regulatory issues both accessible and actionable.
