Austin Kaplan

Austin Kaplan represents plaintiffs: executives, employees, whistleblowers, and civil rights plaintiffs. He represents whistleblowers in False Claims Act cases and retaliation matters involving healthcare fraud, PPP fraud, procurement fraud, financial fraud, and more. He is the founder and managing attorney of Kaplan Law Firm, PLLC. He was the Austin under 40 “Austinite of the Year,” Chairperson of the City of Austin’s Ethics Commission, and President of the Austin Young Lawyers Association. He is TBLS Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law.
