Benjamin C. Wei is a trial attorney in the Civil Fraud Section of the United States Department of Justice, where he has represented the Department in a range of healthcare and procurement fraud matters. Prior to joining the Department, he clerked for Judge William Holloway, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and worked for the Washington, D.C. office of Latham and Watkins, LLP. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University, and a B.S. and B.A., with honors, from the University of Maryland.
