Catherine Masoud

Catherine Masoud is the Regulatory Compliance Manager for External Affairs / Clinical Outreach. In this role, Cathy participates in planning, implementation and post go-live for various activities across the healthcare enterprise. She monitors compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements and relevant policies and procedures associated with clinical contractual agreements. She serves on the hospital clinical contracts committee, co-manages the University's Ethics and Compliance hotline, oversees sanctions screening for certain staff and Board members as well as tracking of non-monetary compensation. She recently celebrated her thirty-year work anniversary at the University of Kentucky, with the last twenty years in the Office of Corporate Compliance. She holds CHPC and CPC certifications.
