Chuck is the Senior Director of Corporate Compliance, Governance & Ethics for the NewYork-Presbyterian enterprise. He has oversight of enterprise compliance functions that cross the ten hospital system and other affiliated entities, this includes risk assessment, governance and board reporting, conflicts, policies and regulatory change management. He has been with NYP for over nine years. Prior to joining NYP, he was a litigator with Latham & Watkins LLP in New York.
