Charles Mazer

Chuck is the Executive Director & Clinical Compliance Officer at Weill Cornell Medicine, one of the top-ranked clinical and medical research centers in the country. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Corporate Compliance, Governance & Ethics at NewYork-Presbyterian, where he developed and led a comprehensive risk-based compliance and privacy program, managed regulatory change processes, oversaw extensive compliance investigations, and helped create and launch an enterprise policy management program. He also has experience as a litigator, having served as Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he focused on healthcare and internal investigations. He is a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional by SCCE and a Certified Information Privacy Professional by the IAPP.
