Christina McGarvey

Christina McGarvey is Senior Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General in the Administrative and Civil Remedies Branch. She handles a range of self-disclosures and False Claims Act cases, negotiates and monitors Corporate Integrity Agreements; and has expertise in Medicare Part D. She received her branch's exceptional achievement award for the Rite Aid settlement in 2024 and has been part of teams receiving OIG?s Cooperative Achievement Award for providing technical legislative assistance on the Affordable Care Act, for the Glaxo Smith Kline settlement, and for the OIG COVID Hospital Pulse Surveys.
