Dylan Thriffiley

Dylan Thriffiley serves as Vice President and Compliance Officer at Ochsner Health, where she oversees Compliance at the Gulf South's largest non-profit healthcare system. With nearly a decade at Ochsner, she has helped shape a proactive, patient-centered approach to healthcare compliance that supports over 47 hospitals and 370 health care centers. Prior to her leadership in healthcare, Dylan worked as an associate attorney, specializing in admiralty, energy, and white collar defense. She holds both CHC and CHRC certifications, and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Healthcare Compliance Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
