Elizabeth Wade

Betsy Wade, MPH, CHC, CHPC, CNA, joined Signature HealthCARE in May 2017 as Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer and Privacy Officer. She previously was Vice President and Regional Corporate Responsibility Officer for Catholic Health Initiatives and its KentuckyOne Health division, where she had started with Jewish Hospital HealthCare Services in 2002. Prior to that she was Privacy Officer for University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. Betsy has more than 17 years of compliance experience in academic medical centers, acute care settings, critical access hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities, and behavioral health, long term care, home health, clinically integrated networks, accountable care organizations, pharmacy, research and physician practices. She also has experience with mergers and acquisition, divestitures and CIAs. Betsy is a member of the HCCA/SCCE Board. She previously was a member of the Passport Health Plan Board Audit and Compliance Committee and the Post-Acute Compliance Consortium. Betsy received her Master's in Public Health from the University of Kentucky College of Public Health in 2005 and her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UK in 1991. Betsy is a member of the HCCA Basic Compliance Academy faculty and is a faculty associate for Arizona State University's bachelor program in compliance. She and her daughter live in Louisville, Ky.
