Felix has worked for VA for 20 years. He began his career at the VA Health Administration Center in Denver, CO as a Voucher Examiner for the claims processingdepartment for CHAMPVA in 2001. He was promoted to Program Support Assistant in 2003, Lead Program Support Assistant in 2007, Program Analyst in 2012for the Review & Resolution department of Operations, and Risk Control Analyst in 2018 for the Business Integrity department before moving to OIC in 2022.Felix has served as a subject matter expert for all things risk-related in the last 4 years and worked with many program offices to analyze their risk and controls.Felix is married to his lovely wife Jean and has 3 daughters and 5 grandsons. He enjoys travel, being creative, and woodworking in his spare time.
