Hítalo Silva is a partner in the Compliance & Internal Investigations practice at WFaria Advogados, Brazilian law firm. He holds a degree from the Centro Universitário do Estado do Pará (CESUPA), a Master's degree in North American Law (LL.M.) with an emphasis on International Business Transactions from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law, and a Master's degree in Fashion Law from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Hítalo also has a specialization in contemporary legal systems from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid ? UCM. He holds a certificate from the Data Protection Officer course from Thompson Reuters in Spain, focused on GDPR. He works in the Compliance area, with experience in internal investigations at national and international levels.
