Jeffrey Dickstein

Jeffrey Dickstein is a partner at Phillips & Cohen LLP, representing whistleblowers across the country in healthcare matters. He has more than 30 years of healthcare litigation experience. Before joining Phillips and Cohen, Jeffrey was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of Florida where he investigated and prosecuted medical necessity and other healthcare fraud cases for more than a decade. Prior to working for the government, he litigated medical malpractice cases.
