Jim Passey serves as the Vice President, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer for Universal Health Services, a 250+ facility integrated delivery system serving in 39 states. Mr. Passey is an experienced executive with over 35 years in the health care industry. He has served in such areas as compliance, privacy, internal audit, risk management, IT Security, business development and as a hospital administrator. Mr. Passey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology/pre-medicine and a Masters degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Health Services Administration. He is Board Certified in Health Care Management as a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
