Karen Mulroe

Karen Mulroe serves as Greenway?s chief legal officer. In this role, she is responsible for Greenway?s legal affairs, including strategic counsel on a range of legal, business and operational matters. With her extensive experience in corporate and health care law, she plays an integral role in helping Greenway create a culture of quality and compliance. Prior to joining Greenway, she was general counsel for two privately held companies which provide outsourced administration of commercial and union benefit plans. Before that, she served in legal roles with increasing responsibility for two publicly traded managed care companies. Karen received her B.A. from Tufts University and her JD from Seton Hall. In addition to being licensed to practice law, she is certified in health care compliance and privacy and serves on several not-for-profit boards.
