
Kimberly Lansford

Kimberly A. Lansford serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance, Audit and Risk Officer for Penn State Health. In this role, she oversees Penn State Health?s compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, internal audit, enterprise risk management and conflict of interest programs. Prior to joining Penn State Health in 2017, Lansford served as Chief Compliance Officer at Shriners Hospitals for Children (?Shriners?), where she was responsible for the corporate compliance, privacy, and information security operations for 22 domestic and international hospitals. Preceding Shriners, she spent eight years in various executive-level corporate enterprise risk management, compliance and internal audit roles with Trinity Health, Inc., a multi-state health system with hundreds of hospitals, continuing care facilities, home care agencies and outpatient centers. Lansford has more than 40 years of diverse health care experience, serving and leading in both clinical and administrative roles. Lansford is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and the American Health Law Association and has been a speaker at many state and national conferences. Her work in health care compliance has been recognized by the New York County Lawyers? Association and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Lansford was also recognized by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal as one of its 2023 Women of Influence honorees. She is a dedicated volunteer and holds several board leadership positions with the United Way of Lebanon County. Lansford is a registered nurse licensed in Pennsylvania and is certified in healthcare compliance. She earned a bachelor?s degree in nursing from Florida Atlantic University and a master?s degree in health law from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University.
