Executive Director, Community Counseling Solutions

Kimberly Lindsay is the Executive Director of Community Counseling Solutions. Kimberly obtained her BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon in 1994 and her MS in Psychology from Walden University in 2007. Kimberly first began working in the field in 1991 as a volunteer for Sexual Assault Support Services working on the crisis line. She then worked for the University of Oregon and Oregon Social Learning Center conducting research, and later completed a one year full time internship in 1995 at Serenity Lane. She subsequently was employed by Serenity Lane and Looking Glass Adolescent Recovery Program before starting her career at Community Counseling Solutions in 1996. Initially employed as a counselor, Kimberly later was employed as the Alcohol and Drug Program Manager and Assistant Director before being promoted to her current position as Executive Director in 2004. Kimberly has started several innovative programs during her tenure at Community Counseling Solutions, including the Equine Program at Lakeview Heights, the David Romprey Oregon Warmline, and Juniper Ridge Acute Care Center. In addition to the aforementioned programs, Community Counseling Solutions also provides outpatient behavioral health and developmental disability services in five eastern Oregon counties, operates the Grant County Health Department and four residential treatment programs. Kimberly resides on a farm northeast of Heppner and has four children.
