Laura Carrico has over twenty-five years of experience in healthcare spanning the government, non-profit, and for-profit sectors. Since 2004 her workexperience has been focused specifically on compliance. She currently serves as the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for American Health Partners, afamily of seven divisions providing long-term and rehabilitative care in residential facilities, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative therapy, health plansdesigned especially for nursing home residents, acute-care psychiatric hospitals for seniors, home healthcare and hospice services, mid-level provider staffing,and long-term care pharmacy services. She enjoys working with operators to help them achieve their business goals in a compliant manner.
