Mark Jaeckle is a Senior Vice President of Clinical and Revenue Cycle Services for Capital One Healthcare. He has been with Capital One (and previously GECapital Healthcare Financial Services) since 2005. He is responsible for clinical operations and compliance oversight for the business’s portfolios - acute care,post-acute (including SNF, home health, hospice, IRF, LTCH & outpatient rehabilitation) and other healthcare sectors. He also manages the clinical and revenuecycle teams that are responsible for new and existing deal diligence. In his role at Capital One, Mr. Jaeckle keeps the business up to date on clinical andregulatory matters that impact business’s portfolios and transactions. Mr. Jaeckle has been a licensed Physical Therapist for 30 years and has over 25 years’experience in healthcare management. He is considered an industry expert in the Medicare prospective payment systems and clinical / regulatory compliance;including governmental investigations and contractor activity. He has consulted for many Healthcare systems and regularly performs lectures on Medicarepayment systems and regulatory compliance. Throughout Mr. Jaeckle’s career, he has conducted training seminars on payment policy and clinical regulatory,operational and compliance topics for physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals, as well as for healthcare operators and has presented forvarious boards and healthcare association conferences. Prior to joining Capital One Healthcare, Mr. Jaeckle held leadership positions for GE Capital HealthcareFinancial Services, Healthcare systems, SNF operators and outpatient therapy businesses. He was responsible for clinical operations and compliance, Medicaremanagement, reimbursement and rehabilitation programming. Mr. Jaeckle is AANAC certified, Recovery Audit Contractor certified, HFMA Healthcare RevenueCycle certified, Green Belt certified and a licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia and New York.
