Natalie Bulger

Natalie Bulger is the Acting Enterprise Risk Manager and Risk and Issue Manager for the Office of Integrity and Compliance at Veterans Health Administration(VHA). In this role she oversees risk and issue management policy, processes and systems for compliance programs within VHA as well as manages allenterprise risk management functions for VHA including risk identification, mitigation and governance. Prior to this role, she served at the VISN 4 ComplianceOfficer, Integrated Ethics Point of Contact and FOIA Officer. She began her compliance career at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh in privacy, riskmanagement and regulatory oversight and has worked in healthcare administration research at the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Masters Degree inHealth Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, is Certified in Healthcare Compliance, a Board Certified Fellowof the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Greenbelt Certification in Lean Six Sigma. She also holds a Public Leadership Certification fromthe University of Maryland. She serves as the Immediate President of the Health Policy and Management Alumni Association and as a Board Member for variousorganizations in the Western PA region.
