Nicole Caucci

Nicole Caucci is a Deputy Branch Chief in the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General for the Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Caucci manages a team of attorneys, program analysts and paralegals and oversees OCIG work relating to the negotiation and monitoring of Corporate Integrity Agreements, the intake and resolution of Self-Disclosures, and legal advice regarding OIG's exclusion authority. Prior to joining the Office of Inspector General in January 2000, Ms. Caucci was in private practice with a large Atlanta-based law firm. Ms. Caucci received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.
