Nicole West

Nicole West is the Vice President of Internal Audit for Community Health Systems where she leads the Internal Audit function as well as facilitates the company's Enterprise Risk Management program. Community Health Systems is one of the nation’s leading healthcare providers, developing and operating healthcare delivery systems in 47 distinct markets across 16 states. West joined CHS in 2012 as the Senior Director of Internal Audit to assist with Enterprise Risk Management and lead compliance audits. Prior to joining CHS, West served as Director of Internal Audit for HealthSpring, Inc. where she managed audits and also aided in the development and facilitation of the Enterprise Risk Management Program. Prior to HealthSpring, West worked at Ernst & Young where she served public and private clients across different industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Gaming, Energy, and Telecommunications. West holds a Masters in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from University of Tennessee. West is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance.
