Randall (Randy) Mims is a Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional with 30+ years of experience providing proactive Compliance, Privacy and Enterprise Risk Management Program design, development and/or implementation. Randy experience includes providing regulation and operational guidance based on the Office of Inspector General (OIG), CMS and Department of Justice (DOJ) requirements, and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines for effective Compliance Programs. His Risk Management and Compliance experience includes working with academic medical centers, hospital health systems, physical therapy organizations, medical device organizations, health plans and consulting firms. Randy holds a MS Health Informatics and a BS Medical Record Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
