Robyn Hoffmann

Robyn Hoffmann, RN, MSN, CHC serves as a Senior Manager in BerryDunn's Health Care Group. Ms. Hoffmann provides external compliance program effectiveness assessments for BerryDunn?s clients. She also serves as a member of BerryDunn?s IRO team. Ms. Hoffmann has extensive experience in ambulatory health care program development and offers multifaceted expertise in HIPAA privacy, quality improvement, federal and state health care regulatory and ambulatory accreditation compliance, and patient safety. She is an experienced senior administrator in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), hospital-based ambulatory care, and Medicaid managed care plan settings. Ms. Hoffmann serves as the co-producer of BerryDunn's Compliance + Ethics = Integrity podcast series. Since March 2010, Ms. Hoffmann has been certified in health care compliance (CHC) by the HCCA. Ms. Hoffmann's articles that focus on regulatory compliance in FQHCs have been published in Compliance Today. Ms. Hoffmann has been a member of the HCCA since 2010. Prior to joining BerryDunn, Ms. Hoffmann initiated and led the Corporate Compliance program at a CT-based FQHC, with responsibility for regulatory compliance, oversight of TJC accreditation processes, and enterprise-wide risk management functions. Her prior engagement with another consulting entity was in support of a state Medicaid program and its managed care delivery system. Her areas of focus were quality improvement, pay-for-performance, and Medicaid program integrity. Ms. Hoffmann received her undergraduate nursing degrees from the University of Louisville and her master's degree in community health nursing from Yale University. Ms. Hoffmann is a former member of The Joint Commission's Ambulatory Care Accreditation Advisory Council.
