Sarah Kessler is Senior Counsel in the Office of Counsel for the Inspector General of the US Department of Health and Human Services. She has served as counsel for HHS-OIG since 2011, working on civil and administrative matters involving managed care and various other healthcare providers. Before Sarah began in government service, she worked as an attorney in a healthcare practice group at a law firm.
