Susan Gillin is an Assistant Inspector General for Legal Affairs in the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General. She oversees in-house legal advice to the Inspector General, OIG?s representation of HHS in False Claims Act matters, the OIG Self-Disclosure Protocols, monitoring of Corporate Integrity Agreements, exclusions legal advice, and EMTALA enforcement. Susan joined OIG in 2005 after clerking for the Honorable Joseph Goeke on the United States Tax Court and working as an associate at O?Melveny & Myers LLP in New York. She graduated from Duke University School of Law and Fairfield University.
