Terence is the Vice President of Enterprise Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit at Huntington Hospital, Huntington Health Physicians, andHuntington Ambulatory Surgery Center in Pasadena, CA. He leads the compliance, privacy, risk management, claims, contracts management and internal auditprograms. He also served as the interim Chief Information Security Officer. Before working at Huntington, he was with Deloitte LLP for thirteen years providingregulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and information security services to for-profit and non-profit organizations. He received a Bachelor of Arts(BA) degree from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern California. His professionalcertifications include Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), Certified Healthcare Internal AuditProfessional (CHIAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
