He is a Co-Chair of the firm?s Healthcare Regulatory and Compliance Practice Area. Prior to McDermott, Tony served as Deputy Chief of the Administrative and Civil Remedies Branch Office of Counsel to the Inspector General at the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
