Traci currently works as a Commerical Compliance Consultant for Providence Health Plan. Prior to this, Traci worked as an Investigator for Providence Health Services. She was responsible for conducting confidential and complex investigations for Risk and Integrity Services across the Providence Health Services system and its Affiliates including hospitals, physician clinics, skilled nursing facilities, the Health Plan, medical foundations, higher education institutions, and in-home services. As an Investigator, Traci was responsible for the entirety of the investigative process including fact finding, gathering evidence, interviews, case documentation, analysis, and determining violations of company policy. In addition, Traci supported the Executive Director of Investigations in leading a team of compliance investigators through training, tracking and trending data, policy development, and day to day management of the case management software. Prior to her work as an Investigator, Traci was a Compliance Manager and Privacy Officer for Lincoln Hospital and a Compliance Specialist for Providence St. Joseph Health. As a graduate of the University of Idaho College of Law, Traci has also been active in the Health Law Sections of both the Washington State Bar and the American Bar Association. Traci joined the adjunct faculty at University of Providence in 2018, teaching Healthcare Law & Ethics for the Master of Healthcare Administration Program and currently leads the Health Justice Certificate Program.
