Zach Snyder

Zach Snyder is Vice President of Government Relations for Quest Analytics. In this role, he leads federal government affairs strategy for Quest Analytics, which includes working with new and prospective regulatory clients; advocating for effective regulation of provider network adequacy before federal agencies; and monitoring wide ranging health legislation.

Prior to working for Quest Analytics, Zach served as Director of Government Affairs for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield for 9 years. Prior to that, Zach held similar health care focused government affairs leadership roles with The Pew Charitable Trusts, Willamette Dental Group, and the Washington State Dental Association.

In addition to his work with Quest, Zach is an adjunct instructor at Bellevue College where he teaches courses on the US health care system and legal and regulatory aspects of health care.

Zach earned his J.D. and M.P.A. from Seattle University School of Law.
