Jack Ross

Assistant United States Attorney Jack D. Ross is the Deputy Chief of the Civil Fraud Section and the Civil Health Care Fraud Coordinator at the United StatesAttorney's Office for the Central District of California. Mr. Ross practice focuses primarily on investigating and litigating health care fraud qui tam actions underthe False Claims Act. Since 2018, Mr. Ross has recovered nearly $200 million in health care fraud actions under the False Claims Act. Prior to working at theUnited States Attorneys Office, Mr. Ross was a senior associate in the health care practice at a large national law firm where he represented health careproviders and the nation's largest hospitals, RCFEs, SNFs, and health plans in all phases of civil litigation, appeals, government criminal and civil audits,investigations, and enforcement actions.
