Mr. Allan Medina

Fraud Unit Chief in December 2019. Between December 2015 and July 2019, Mr. Medina served as an Assistant Chief in the Health Care Fraud Unit, overseeing operations in nine Strike Forces, to include Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Philadelphia, and Newark. Prior to serving as an Assistant Chief, Mr. Medina was a Trial Attorney in the Health Care Fraud Unit. As a Trial Attorney, he prosecuted more than 50 individuals, including medical professionals, patient recruiters, and company owners for their roles in partial hospitalization, home health, pharmacy, nursing home, and drug diversion schemes. Mr. Medina received his B.A in Political Science from the University of Michigan and his J.D from the American University, Washington College of Law
